Places to Access Help

Farming is hard.  There's no doubt about that.  My research is looking at the protective factors for mental well-being.   In doing so it is impossible without also considering negative mental well-being too.

If you, or someone you know, would like to speak to someone who understands farming or is trained to  help when times are hard, please contact any of the organisations below for support.  I am not affiliated with any of these organisation but provide the information in case it is helpful.

Other resources are available and if you need any help being signposted to them, please don't hesitate to contact me.
